Objectives:

  • Reduce time for BDR team to physically booked demos.
  • Simplify calendar access to all reps and include "hot swap" and "round-robin".
  • Improve data compliance by automating record stage changes and activities
  • Integrate gamification and accolades to reduce process fatigue.

Solution:

Developed a custom booking system with Salesforce Apex, MS Exchange, Gotomeeting, and OnceHub that was accessable on the lead record with a button. Translate all necessary data to OnceHub for no data reentry.

Create Outlook meeting on reps calendar, create open task in Salesforce, and send confirmation emails.

Result:

Reduced 10-20 Minutes per booking allowing BDR team for more outreach and 35% more demos being booked.

Objective:

Build a bulletproof communication system that marketing, sales ,and customer support can use to create a varity of emails and landing pages for campaigns, partnerships, and other communications while maintaining layouts and staying on brand.

Solution:

Develop master templates & blocks with optional and repeating regions that give users access to necessary elements and customizations. Build a JSON configuration section in the landing pages that allows for page customizations that Pardot doesn't have out-of-the-box.

Results:

Overall email communications increased by over 200% accross the organization. The simplified system gave general staff the confidence to construct and send bulk communications. This freed up more advanced users and technical staff to focus on big picture projects.

Story:

At the beginning of 2020 we couldn't get our field reps out to properties to measure customer's windows. With people spending more time at home homeowners had a greater need for home comfort and wanted to upgrade their windows. Customers didn't want anyone in their homes and many didn't have the ability to measure due to safety or tool resources.

Solution:

Window prices generally don't change within 6" increments so I came up with the idea that we could estimate window sizes with a standard 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper and mobile phone picture. I brought the idea up with our in-house developer at the watercooler. He loved the idea and jumped right on it. We had a working proof-of-concept and full-featured prototype within a few days.
